2) When using our design tool, your free item will not show up on the shopping cart when checking out but we will send it automatically. All you have to do is put the promo code in the space provided and we will do the rest. If ordering multiple flags , please let us know (in the comment section) which flag you would like to apply the promotion to.
3) The offer does not include poles or stands. For example, our Custom Feather Flag Sets include the flag and pole. Using this code will only get you a free custom flag, not a free pole. If you need an additional pole you must let us know and there will be an additional charge for the pole. Custom flags that naturally come attached to a pole such as a custom car flag or custom miniature flag will come assembled with the pole as it is part of the item. Table bases for miniature flags are not included, but they can be purchased separately.
4) If you would like your second custom flag to be printed with different artwork or on a different style flag, please call us with the promo code to take advantage of discounted pricing on your second flag.
5) Promo codes MUST be used at time of order and will not be applied after the order is placed.
6) The free custom table throw will ship separately. Table throws take 7 to 10 business days to produce and do not ship from the same facility as our custom backwalls. There will be additional shipping time and a separate shipping charge. If you have a specific in hands date, please let us know if you need expedited shipping. It will not ship with the backwall display but will arrive separately.
