Most of us are thrilled and excited whenever there’s a parade in our streets because occasionally big name artists come, group dances to behold and other gimmicks to await. But before we see the many attractions in the parade, we almost always see numerous uniformed flag bearers who are patiently marching despite the weight they are carrying. And whenever we see these flag bearers, we find ourselves sympathizing with their pains. Although what they’re doing is difficult, we shouldn’t worry too much because they are equipped with carrying belts that allow them to easily carry the flags.

Quite a few are aware of the existence of flagpole carrying belts because a number of us never got the chance to take a closer look at the flag bearers during parades and ceremonies. And others who got close were more attracted to looking at the flags being carried rather on the person carrying it or the gadgets supporting it.
A flagpole carrying belt is an apparatus that helps supports the weight of the flag whenever it is carried. It is normally attached to the body of the flag bearer so that the flag would be easier to carry during lengthy parades and ceremonies. Most of the time the carrying belts used are white to match the color of the flag bearers gloves. But there are still other colors available such as brown and black. And similar to an ordinary belt, flagpole carrying belts are made of leather, adjustable to fit the bearer and durable.
