Standard Production Times
Below items are listed by standard production times. Production starts the business day after the order is placed. Artwork conversions will add 2 business days to the production times.
If you have an in hands date you MUST choose the appropriate shipping method to get it to you by that date. We CANNOT change your chosen shipping method. If you order a custom item on a Monday, production will begin Tuesday. Based on our standard production time your custom item may not be ready to ship until the following Friday. If you need your custom item Wednesday, you will need to choose the appropriate production time, and overnight shipping. We will do our part to get it ready to ship on time, but we need you to choose the right production and shipping method to get it delivered on time. Thanks in advance! : )
Production Times (SHIP TIME NOT INCLUDED)
Rush charges are per item. We are closed weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and count production days as weekday business days (Monday through Friday).
On national holidays, Rush Jobs will be pushed to the following business day. We observe the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Friday After Thanksgiving and An Extended Christmas Break so we can all enjoy time with our families. That time frame will vary from year to year and will be posted on our site.
Quantity and Size restrictions apply. If you have a definite in-hands date and you’re not sure about the time frame below or your artwork, please call us and we would be happy to help 1-800-958-3009. Please keep in mind, we must receive vector artwork to meet rush time frames. Recreating artwork can take up to 2 business days depending on the complexity of your design. Please contact us for large orders. All fees are per item.
• 1 Production Day
Example: Order submitted on Monday by 12pm EST will ship by Tuesday evening.
• 2 Production Days
Example: Order submitted on Monday by 12pm EST will ship by Wednesday evening.
• 3 Production Days
Example: Order submitted on Monday by 12pm EST will ship by Thursday evening.
• 4 Production Days
Example: Order submitted on Monday by 12pm EST will ship by Friday evening.
• Standard Production - FREE
Example: Order submitted on Monday will be ready to ship by the following Tuesday evening, or as late as the following Friday depending on the custom item you order. Please see below.
PLEASE NOTE: Rush services are not always available, and will depend (among other factors) on the quantity, print size of your order, the capacity of our production team at the time of the order and the artwork that is provided to us. If an additional proof is required from our graphics department or if your artwork needs to be re-created that will also extend production time. Please keep in mind, rush jobs require expedited shipping so when checking please choose the correct shipping option. The cost of expedited shipping is NOT included in the rush fee and will increase your total order cost.
